When are the turkey pick-up dates?
Fresh turkeys must be picked up Tuesday (11/26) or Wednesday (11/27) if you're cooking it on Thanksgiving day. *It's really important for you to keep your turkey as cold as you can once it's home (we recommend at the back of your refrigerator).
When you place your order online you will pick either Tuesday or Wednesday and a timeslot to schedule your pick up. This helps immensely with parking, wait times, and regulating crowds. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE TIME SLOT YOU CHOOSE.

How do I cook the turkey?
Click here for the cooking instructions we suggest and how we've been cooking our turkey for years! We actually recommend roasting it with the breast down so that the meat doesn't dry out from the direct heat and all the juices will run down into the breast meat giving it even more flavor. Give it a try!
We also believe you do not have to brine our turkey... since it's fresh it will naturally be moist and flavorful. Save yourself the extra time and salt!
Will the turkey have giblets?
No, when you pick up your turkey it will NOT have giblets (liver, gizzard, and heart). It will have the neck inside. However, giblets are available upon request when you pick up your turkey. Just let us know that you want them when you pick it up.
